Terms & Conditions

Review our terms and conditions regarding the use of our website and services.

Last updated: 2026

Welcome to Sterlix. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our organic fertilizer products, including soil amendments, liquid bio-stimulants, and custom nutrient blends.

By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Sterlix specializes in the production of high-quality organic agricultural inputs.

1. Product Specifications & Certification

Sterlix guarantees that all products labeled as 'Organic' meet OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) standards. Nutrient analysis (NPK) is guaranteed within standard industry tolerances. However, as these are natural biological products, minor variations in color or texture may occur without affecting performance.

2. Custom Blends & Agronomy Services

For custom fertilizer blends:

  • Clients must provide recent soil test results for accurate formulation.
  • Sterlix is not responsible for yield variations due to weather, pests, or improper application.
  • Custom blends are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Agronomic advice is provided based on available data and does not guarantee specific harvest outcomes.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices if raw material costs (e.g., rock phosphate, manure) fluctuate significantly. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Fertilizers are heavy agricultural goods. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Delivery dates are estimates. Sterlix is responsible for goods until they are loaded onto the carrier; risk transfers to the buyer upon shipment (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Storage & Safety

Buyer is responsible for proper storage of products. Biological products should be stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Sterlix is not liable for product degradation due to improper storage. Always wear appropriate protective gear when handling agricultural inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary formulations, strain isolations, and manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of Sterlix.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sterlix's liability is limited to the replacement value of the product. We are not liable for crop failure, soil issues, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
